At Arnold/Brownberry/Oroweat Organic Breads, we believe that when we take care of the Earth, the Earth takes better care of us. As members of 1% for the Planet, 1% of our revenues go towards increasing awareness of and access to organic and locally-grown foods. Hence, together with SeedMoney, we are sponsoring our third annual Arnold/Brownberry/Oroweat Organic Spring Planting Grant to provide resources for community gardens to thrive. This spring, we will be offering grants of $5000 each to community gardens located in the following 20 metropolitan areas:

- Austin, TX
- Boston, MA
- Chicago, IL
- Cincinnati, OH
- Dallas - Fort Worth, TX
- Denver, CO
- Houston, TX
- Los Angeles, CA
- Miami - Ft Lauderdale, FL
- Milwaukee, WI
- New York, NY
- Philadelphia, PA
- Phoenix, AZ
- Portland, ME
- Portland, OR
- Raleigh - Durham, NC
- San Francisco, CA
- Seattle, WA
- Washington, D.C.
20 grants total will be awarded, one per city mentioned above.
